Leah Mandas Pablecas established her own family law practice to provide personal, compassionate service that she felt was lacking from larger law firms. Mrs. Pablecas has successfully represented hundreds of clients throughout the Chicago area, acting both as attorney and counsel in highly charged emotional circumstances, including, but not limited to, divorce, child support, allocation of parental responsibilities, and parenting time (formerly custody), paternity, visitation, post-decree litigation, and protective orders.
Prior to forming Mandas Law Group, L.L.C., Mrs. Pablecas worked as a private practitioner and an Assistant State’s Attorney. With years of experience practicing in the Cook County Family Courts, Mrs. Pablecas believes that the key to an effective attorney-client relationship is clear and consistent communication. Mrs. Pablecas is dedicated to the real problems that affect her client’s lives and she is committed to effective, affordable, and personal resolution of their legal problems.
Mrs. Pablecas values the client-attorney relationship and promises clear and consistent communication to achieve each client’s specific legal needs. Mrs. Pablecas believes that preparation is the key to identifying and avoiding costly legal entanglements; however, she is widely acknowledged by her peers as a skilled negotiator and aggressive litigator who is intimately familiar with Illinois law and won’t accept a settlement or agreement unless it is in the best interest of her client.
Mrs. Pablecas received an undergraduate degree from DePaul University and is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School. Mrs. Pablecas is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
